Born and raised in Richmond, Dave brings deep local knowledge and a genuine love for the city to every client relationship. He has lived in The Fan since 2016 and holds a strong appreciation for the charm of Richmond’s historic architecture and character woven throughout the city.
Dave is a VCU graduate with a degree in Advertising. After college, he went on to build and run his own upcycled clothing business as a solo entrepreneur—a venture he has operated full-time since 2018. That experience taught him the value of hard work, dedication, and making clients happy.
In real estate, Dave’s goal is to make the home-buying or selling process as fun and as low-stress as possible. He takes a low-pressure approach, offering guidance and support while always leaving the final decisions in his clients’ hands. Dave is known for being flexible, available, and genuinely invested in making people happy throughout the process.
Outside of work, Dave enjoys exploring Virginia’s state parks, playing pickleball, thrifting, snowboarding, and riding the emotional roller coaster of being a Buffalo Bills fan.
