With two sisters in the business, you could say that real estate is in Treva’s blood. As a Richmond native, she is well versed and knowledgeable about the quaint and historic neighborhoods that are so unique to RVA.
Having been in Richmond real estate for 7 years, Treva continues to enjoy meeting new clients and forming strong relationships with them. She expertly guides them through marketing and selling their home in a timely manner, or helping them find and transform their dream home. After Treva joined the Jenny Maraghy Team in the throes of Covid, she has not looked back, and says it ‘feels like home’. She worked with myriad clients in 2021, selling 33 properties with just under $13M in sales.
On a more personal note, Treva graduated from Radford University with a BS degree in Fashion Merchandising. She is a total foodie (with a serious sweet tooth!) who loves the Richmond art scene and hanging out with her friends and her large extended family.
